一路食一路影真係好唔盡興搵次真係要齋食唔影掛住食前菜、魚湯生菓都唔記得打咭公司附近開咗新嘢, 上星期試咗Lunch Set燒鰻魚OK先敢book Dinner, 今晚同個FD share $1,480 & 1,780 Oma Set前菜:● 慢煮鴨胸(鴨胸好嫩)● 鰻魚燒玉子● 沖繩水雲刺身:● 北海道仙鳳趾生蠔(creamy過令和冇咁重海水味)● 酸汁白子(唔鐘意白子個樣, 個FD又話鐘意食比埋佢)● 間白+唔知真鯛定咩地目鯛(掛住食都聽唔切師傅講咩喇, 清新有粘性)● 金目鯛背位+腩位(其中1件灸過)● 秋刀(都係兩食1件灸過)● Chutoro+火灸Otoro(蛇腹位, 灑咗淡雪鹽包埋紫蘇葉成件事好夾)間場和食:● 煙燻野菌黑豚肉(中規中舉)● 肝醬鮑魚(哩個正)● 和牛面珠墩(合度軟腍)壽司:● 北寄貝(有拍片但好似冇影相)● 勢子蟹(師傅好似講係雌忸性松葉蟹, 個壽司飯撈咗蟹肉&膏, 上面加咗蟹籽, 哩件$1,780餐先有)● 火灸梭子魚(面頭加磨碎芝麻)● 日本銀鱈魚(面頭加咗D漬醬)● 赤貝● 火灸黑鯥● 牡丹蝦(強列建議要追加, 面頭加咗即場燒嘅蝦膏&手磨炸蝦油)● 筋

● 酸汁白子(唔鐘意白子個樣, 個FD又話鐘意食比埋佢)
● 間白+唔知真鯛定咩地目鯛(掛住食都聽唔切師傅講咩喇, 清新有粘性)
● 金目鯛背位+腩位(其中1件灸過)
