上環一帶有許多個性咖啡館,Why 50 是其中一間,網上點評也比較正面。這點絕對是令到我們渴望嘗試的重要因素。襯午飯過後人流散去,可放鬆心情享受一杯咖啡。大概兩點過後還提供午餐,價位平均$100/位,以 cafe 午餐來說有點偏離地。我先選擇了 cappuccino with skin milk 再看看 ar la cart 看看有什麼比午餐更吸引。Kong's 'Char Siu' $82見到「叉燒」兩個字令我頗感興趣。基本上碗子內陣容除了叉燒外,還有烘麵包粒、香腸粒、碗底墊著大量炒蛋。呢個組合都幾有趣,每種材料都大大粒,頗有家的感覺。粒粒叉燒燶邊相當有咬口,少許半肥瘦,肉味都幾香濃。我覺得將叉燒或腸配炒滑蛋一齊放入口嘅感覺係最完美。滑蛋質感溫柔,口感感覺一剛一柔。至於Cappuccino 偏酸,帶果香,奶泡較稀亦不夠棉密,非我杯啡。
