To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上十點放工後行經旺角，諗住賣外賣返屋企食。現在兩餸飯開到成行成市，想搵返有特色的餐廳食吓。但發現好多餐廳都無開或已收鋪，幸好還有意歐重開呢！我叫咗個吉列炸蠔+汁燒牛扒+芝士年糕餐。可惜炸蠔售罄，改了炸蝦俾我。一打開，賣相好得，顏色好靚，份量都好足夠：有海鮮，有菜，有肉，飯還加有飯素。凍飲只係加兩蚊。我見佢個餐牌，午市餸湯，但晚市要加錢呢！我重買多個俾我老公，青魚同炸雞既份量都好多，佢食完都話飽，份量足夠呢！兩個人加埋就有4款餸了！個飯盒重可以放入微波火爐，叮一陣就熱辣辣了。
