最近公私兩忙,終於有時間把二月寫了一半的食評草稿埋尾。踏入農曆正月,便忙於新年團拜和各類飯局聚會,正巧舊上司二月生日,於是同事們便約了大家一同入舊上司家團拜聚會,到晚飯時間,一行十三個大人和十個小童,於是選擇到他家附近一間中菜餐廳食晚餐,聽聞這間餐廳上年轉了新老闆,加上報紙作家Kelly Chu 也有提起評價不錯,於是選擇了這間餐廳食晚飯。到達餐廳,環境唔錯,一排大窗,透光度高,地方寬敞,座位距離不會太貼近,聊天時,私穩度高,老闆親切地推介菜式給我們,服務也不錯,食物水準平均,尤其喜歡牠們的燒鵝,皮脆肉嫩,味道甘香,花蟹大蜆雞煲,味道濃郁,配合埋薯粉,完美組合,免加一 , 還有糖水送下次一定再光顧,試下牠們其他菜式。
