To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間千兩既壽司店喺觀塘真係一個好出色嘅選擇。佢嘅壽司真係令我讚不絕口。首先要講下佢地嘅海膽軍艦，新鮮嘅海膽配上新鮮嘅壽司飯，味道鮮美，令人回味無窮。油甘魚壽司都係佢地嘅一大招牌，魚肉鮮甜，油香味亦都好重，食落好滿足。壽司飯係手捏而唔係機啤，口感明顯有分別。帆立貝壽司係我另一個極度推薦嘅選擇。帆立貝好重鮮甜味，口感豐富，十分唔錯。赤蝦壽司亦都好出色，赤蝦鮮嫩多汁，每一口都充滿著鮮甜嘅味道，真係令人回味無窮。最後要提返佢地嘅左口魚裙邊壽司，真係一絕。左口魚微微燒過，同壽司飯嘅配搭簡直就係絕配！每一口都好滋味，令人感到滿足。總括而言，千兩既壽司質量絕對係一流。如果你鍾意壽司可以一試。
