To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幫襯左紅橋好多年，而家多咗去試唔同嘅新餐廳，都有好幾年冇幫襯。今日喺旺角諗住食個下午茶，行咗去寵物街嗰邊，諗住去食虹橋，點知原來間分店執咗，搬咗過去太子花園街嗰邊。特登行到去太子嗰邊，喺門口已經有幾台人喺度排緊，相信紅橋都係唔少人嘅不二之選。等咗一陣好快就安排入座，不過同以前一樣，寸金尺土，啲位都仲係好逼夾夾。我哋分別叫咗個蝦多士配炸蠔沙律、同埋日式炒烏冬配凍檸茶。蝦多士同以前一樣都係咁好味😋沙律係配麻醬唔會差得去邊，炸蠔都幾大隻，不過唔知係咪凍咗有少少少腥。日式炒烏冬啲料唔算好多，但係夠味！
