Restaurant: Mu Sa Shi Ya Ma

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是晚在友人介紹下一行三人到了這間日本料理小店進餐。店鋪不大,大概容納到26人,所以進餐前最好提早預約。甫進店,傳統日式和風裝潢與日籍老闆友善的招呼聲,使人猶如置身日本,就像在旅途中走累了偶爾走進一間家庭式料理店的感覺。我們點了sake, 是老闆推薦的「寒中梅」,分一半冷上、一半熱上。熱的酒味較出較濃,冷的酒味較淡較清,各有千秋。刺身方面,此店用了香港較罕有的方法:原條的魚及貝類海鮮任君選擇,選好了就即時叫廚房切好上碟,味道非常新鮮,而且賣相引人入勝!串燒一碟有6款,味道不一,燒得很有水準。另外,小甘薯和溫泉蛋腐皮壽司也不錯,值得一試。😋全晚最值得讚美的就是親切又善談的老闆。他是一位擁有日本血統的華人,精通日文和國語,略懂廣東話。跟他聊天非常有趣,還跟我們取了日文名字方便下次預約時好辨認😂 今晚真開心,下次一定再幫襯。(一番日本の料理!)
