To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天要在港島區搵食,在OPEN RICE找到了這餐廳,就來了試試。結果是令人驚喜的,亦令我一個月內再光顧了2次。店內外也貼有不少歌星簽名海報,感覺與中環某餐廳相似,但這間的食物更令人期待,當中不少是以歌星命名的﹗先吃我弟弟握介的常餐,當中我們叫了叉燒通粉,哇﹗湯底香濃,吃通粉時連湯也一起吃特別好味,而且叉燒亦健康不肥膩。到了多士,有2件厚多士,香脆之餘亦滲了溶掉的牛油,單是多士已很好吃。炒蛋更加不得了,我和先生也認為比某牛奶公司更滑,真不得不試,就如店內貼著的用北海道3/6牛乳炒的吧﹗正﹗這是校長多士,顧名思義,價如其名,$25﹗真有意思﹗心想:這道應不可加價了喔﹗這多士以黑松露配以芝士焗,配搭新穎,一咬黑松露香味於口中游蕩,加上芝士濃香,非常可口﹗這是我最喜歡的小食:沙嗲牛肉包,表皮竟有點菠蘿包的香脆感,薄薄的﹗內裡更不得了,沙嗲汁澎透了在包裡,每口也有沙嗲香味,牛肉亦算嫩滑。這包外脆內軟,口感一流。紅豆汁味道很不錯,比較重奶味,但是香濃而非蘇的,紅豆亦很多,配搭不錯﹗最後是這道「重口味一丁」,最令人失望,只是用上羅宋湯,麵亦不夠腍,配搭雖算新穎,但沒驚喜,亦不是好配搭。總括而言,這

總括而言,這餐廳有不少其他餐廳沒有的菜,甚有驚喜,亦有比其他餐廳做得好的炒蛋,常餐+小食真是不可不試的配搭﹗另外,這餐廳的服務亦很好,他會為客人著想,如看到他們多袋子,會安排卡位;看到客人較大隻,會問會否考慮非卡位,頗貼心﹗
