To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假約左朋友去沙田踩單車呼吸新鮮空氣、兼食buffet 大擦一餐。揀左距離新城市廣場大約數分鐘車程既沙田麗豪酒店L'Eau Restaurant餐廳地方頗大，枱與枱之間充滿空間感餐廳最近推出全新主題 【澳・葡美食自助晚餐】，炮製出一系列澳・葡風味的特色菜式，如葡國雞、馬休介球、葡撻等。同場更有啖啖肉的長腳蟹、肉質爽且厚身的翡翠螺、藍青口、蝦、蜆等海鮮及刺身、壽司、熱葷必食即叫即燒芝士焗龍蝦皮脆肉嫩燒乳鴿、入味炒龍蝦鉗冷盤、生果沙律等任食。甜品一向是我最重視的環節，食完會令人心情放鬆。餐廳特別推出火焰雪山，鐘聲一響大家都走出去圍住，期待侍應為雪山點火一刻，非常吸睛。 加上無限量供應瑞士Movenpick雪糕、意大利芝士餅、木糠布甸等特色蛋糕。另有多款果汁、咖啡及汽水任飲。
