To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在深水埗經常看到這家食店，第一眼覺得是抄了大家樂😂因為字型非常相似，但logo是老闆的人像，而且店面裝修完全不吸引，所以很久都沒有去食，但最近看到有片段將大家食和譚仔三哥比較，所以想去一試。聽說這裏出名手攪麵，於是點了這碗生滾雞肉、冬菇時菜蕃茄湯手攪麵。想不到份量非常多，最後還是吃不完整碗麵。雞肉鮮嫩，冬菇夠香，但湯底不夠濃味。朋友點了過山雞蕃茄湯削搖麵，我們都覺得削搖麵比較好食，是粗身的，有點像餃子皮，但比較彈牙有口感而且掛湯。過山雞比較香口，是炒過的感覺。我們還點了炸豬扒小食，炸得非常非常之脆，咬一啖都覺得會生飛滋😂😂這裏的店員很好呢，會主動遞上紙巾給我們。
