To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 魚一係元朗好耐,以為成日要等位,又以為佢哋地方細,所以一直都係平台叫外賣,疫情其間,只少幫襯左6次以上。2024 元旦, 一心想親自到店仲幫襯支持下,早一日係GULU book 定位。元旦當日,我同朋友仲早到了15分鐘,一講book 了位,個男仔即叫「上樓上呀」樓上原來都幾多位,7成滿座。而我地個座位係角落,都幾窄, 當日有兩張大枱, 房間又細,所以都幾嘈。叫左兩個午餐,再叫左啲壽司食,問題出現啦,叫左天婦羅烏冬餐,但天婦羅同個烏冬,相差40分鐘以上。 即係我用餐完左,天婦羅都凍哂,朋友個烏冬先到。最後發現,個餐有沙律既,問個女仔沙律未到, 佢應左句我睇睇,但沙律都係冇出現過。總結嚟講, 啲野係好好食,但員工好明顯係黑面,唔知點解。魚一老闆,真係要諗下點解叫元朗人嚟支持,但服務係甘。
