To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大概6:30嘅時候，呢間冰廳已經坐滿人，老闆娘親切嘅態度令我好似返咗屋企咁 因為每個客人一坐低即刻有碗熱辣辣嘅愛心靚湯！今日係青紅蘿蔔豬骨湯，飲完夠晒平和滋潤呀，佢哋仲標榜呢度嘅靚湯絕無味精添加。魚柳鮮茄意粉有兩大塊魚柳咁多。塊魚柳真係好大塊，大塊到好似魚扒咁！魚柳腍身。意粉軟硬適中，口感彈牙。茄醬混入切碎嘅洋蔥，特別香。除左魚柳，重有切成薄片嘅蘑菇同切成粒嘅紅蘿蔔。茄醬同意粉嘅份量互相配合，啱啱好，食得好滋味呀！另外飲品方面可以加$8轉一啲特飲，例如朱古力同埋椰汁涼粉冰，如果夏天食到成身汗，呢款涼透心嘅飲品就最好不過啦。
