To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友的喜宴，餐廳環景感覺舒服，去到既時間都有d人等位但服務生既反應都好快。到上菜啦，因為係酒店所以佢已經分好曬比我地，不過都分得好好，有用心分唔係亂分。食物既質素，乳豬皮很脆師傅仲有將d肥皂切走，好細心。另一個我覺得正既就係玉掌，炆得好正好淋！最後我想推介既係薑米瑤柱旦白炒飯，一般係街好少會有薑米通常只係有瑤柱旦白炒飯，淡淡的薑味又唔會太出蓋過瑤柱的味道反而令成個飯的味道提升左。最後因為太開心所以食耐左成場得返我地，所有職員都要等我地走左先有得收工，不過佢地都冇黑面反而親切咁幫我地影相呢度真係晚飯喜宴不二之選
