To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務奇差 侍應十嗌九唔應

未見過一間餐廳員工咁無禮，由叫菜到加水，每次都要嗌成10分鐘先有人應，過到來仍然係黑面。反而食到尾聲，就頻頻過來check我地枱食晒野未，埋單時更加係一碌完卡就扔下張單就走人，完全無等客人拎卡。問心，下午時段全間餐廳得2成客人都無，全店有4-5個員工，都唔算真係好忙，點解可以扮睇唔到客。佢地嘅態度好似啲客人爭佢錢咁，係咪公司份糧太少呢？如果我去茶記食係咁都算，你呢個價錢係咪服務應該正常少少。絕對唔會再幫襯。
