To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日帶來從美國來港旅遊的外國人(一家大細共5個)食飯, 想比佢留下最好印象, 所以先揀呢間咁貴, 但有豐富經驗做遊客生意, 享負盛名的高級餐廳。首先, 訂枱時我地已經問左佢會唔會0係客人面前片隻北京填鴨, 佢話會。但當日佢攞隻鴨去我地枱邊, 叫我地望一望, 跟住佢就想走返去幾張枱以外(我諗有7,8米, 而且問題係中間隔左幾張枱擋住我地視線嘛)的車仔上面準備片。呢一刻, 我即刻叫住佢, 叫佢推架車仔到我地枱邊片, 佢先不情願咁照做。(我唔明點解唔自動自覺推埋黎片囉, 我地張枱係窗邊, 根本左右兩邊都有足夠空間比佢架車仔。)好, 到第二樣。我地專登訂左隻"乞兒雞", 因為睇左呢度d人寫話會比個金鎚你做紀念, 又可以自己親手"卜"開個殼, 所以唔理3xx一隻, 我地都照訂左。(剛才比佢片鴨架車仔已經比佢推翻去原位, 即係幾張枱以外。)又係咁, 佢走黎話隻雞ready, 叫我地可以搵一個人出去佢架車度開殼。喂, 大佬呀, 我咁貴食隻雞, 係貪佢可以做表演比d外國人睇嘛, 你叫一個人出去, 其他人點呀??? (成枱有5個都係外國人!)於是我又叫佢推架車埋黎, 佢今次更黑口面。頭先講左, 我地張枱明明兩邊都有位, 但個侍應只係將架車推到一半, 推到路中心(即比頭先推少約3份1的距離), 停正0係其餘2張枱中間, 反而我地張枱仲遠, 就叫我地就咁開。頂, 真係都唔同佢計喇, 總之睇到都算喇, 但跟住外國人爸爸就好大力咁敲左幾下, 有d碎飛左出黎, 跟住個侍應黑晒口面, 二話不說咁執野, 佢全程真係黑晒面, 仲要皺晒眉, 就連外國人都知佢唔like, 好似自己敲得太大力, 做錯野咁, 氣氛即刻彊晒。


大佬呀, 我帶佢地黎食飯係想佢地開心, 但呢度d侍應黑面待人, 服務態度差成咁, 人地下次會好驚黎香港囉。你咁既服務態度, 我唔駛揀你北京樓啦, 去普通酒樓都得啦。真係冇諗過0係遊客區中心的名氣食肆會咁差呀!!! ><

(食物本身冇問題, 但服務太差喇, 下次都一定唔會再黎!!!!!)
