To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好久冇再試添好運,因深水埗個間嘅價錢好貴,重要係中央廚房做,味道差左好多.算啦!入去試試啦!叫左:黃沙豬潤腸,香煎鮮肉蓮藕餅,酥皮焗义燒包,脆皮牛肉釀茄子,鳳爪排骨飯,香滑馬拉糕黃沙豬潤腸$19:個皮好滑,豬潤味道唔錯好幾多,比起深水埗店好好多.香煎鮮肉蓮藕餅$17:香脆可口,蓮藕爽口味道唔錯.酥皮焗义燒包$19:足料好多,又係比深水埗店好味好多,酥香夠熱,正.脆皮牛肉釀茄子$17:好淡,唔好味,牛肉其實只係牛肉球,普通.鳳爪排骨飯$26:份量足,味道幾好,排骨幾淋,鳳爪入味.香滑馬拉糕$14:這個比深水埗店差,一夾督爛又唔夠香,得個死甜.不過大家在食野時要小心,好多蚊飛來飛去,環境唔多好.服務態度真係差,冇咩人都要你同其他人坐同一排枱,直至全排坐滿為止.

黃沙豬潤腸$19:個皮好滑,豬潤味道唔錯好幾多,比起深水埗店好好多.
香煎鮮肉蓮藕餅$17:香脆可口,蓮藕爽口味道唔錯.
酥皮焗义燒包$19:足料好多,又係比深水埗店好味好多,酥香夠熱,正.
脆皮牛肉釀茄子$17:好淡,唔好味,牛肉其實只係牛肉球,普通.
