To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 今日去咗岩岩新鮮出籠嘅米芝蓮⭐️⭐️嘅「營致會館」。坐落於喺中環嘅「營致會館」,其實早幾年已經一直摘星,餐廳出面完全睇唔出入面原來內有乾坤。一入到去上樓梯,就有職員招呼我地,就算好似我呢啲生客,一講完個電話號碼,佢都會記得我留咩名,呢點都好細心。之後職員安排咗角落位嘅枱俾我地,驟眼睇餐廳入面唔算多枱數。張餐枱係用大理石去做,有別於其他中菜廳。因為今日我同另一半都唔算太特別有胃口,所以淨係嗌咗佢地招牌嘅「貴妃雞」、前菜就嗌咗「滷水豬腳仔」、素菜就嗌咗「鮑魚汁家鄉炆釀豆腐」。「滷水豬腳仔」作為前菜原本以為係冷盤,原來係熱食黎,但我同另一半都覺得有少少咸,只能算不過不失。「貴妃雞」其實係一樣周圍都有得食嘅餸,但究竟點樣另呢樣咁平民嘅食材上到大枱,先至真係考驗廚師嘅功力。面「營致會館」嘅貴妃雞,確實做到所謂嘅功價,咬落去有咸鮮味,雞皮酥脆不膩,雞肉嫩滑多汁,就連雞胸部分嘅肉,都可以做到唔「鞋」口,非常厲害。而最後一道「鮑魚汁家鄉炆釀豆腐」確係出色,職員上貴妃雞嘅時候都有問我哋要唔要飯,因為怕我地就咁食會太咸,但因為我同另一半都係少食澱粉質嘅人,所以就無嗌,但到呢味釀豆腐,職員再一次問我哋要唔要白飯

「貴妃雞」其實係一樣周圍都有得食嘅餸,但究竟點樣另呢樣咁平民嘅食材上到大枱,先至真係考驗廚師嘅功力。面「營致會館」嘅貴妃雞,確實做到所謂嘅功價,咬落去有咸鮮味,雞皮酥脆不膩,雞肉嫩滑多汁,就連雞胸部分嘅肉,都可以做到唔「鞋」口,非常厲害。

而最後一道「鮑魚汁家鄉炆釀豆腐」確係出色,職員上貴妃雞嘅時候都有問我哋要唔要飯,因為怕我地就咁食會太咸,但因為我同另一半都係少食澱粉質嘅人,所以就無嗌,但到呢味釀豆腐,職員再一次問我哋要唔要白飯,話個汁用黎撈飯好正。之後都係嗌咗一碗飯share,確實豆腐做到外脆內軟,鮑魚汁亦都恰到好處唔會過於咸,用黎撈飯唔會覺得太重味。

之後甜品環節就嗌咗「雪耳紅棗燉晶梨」同埋「營致甜品碟」。「雪耳紅棗燉晶梨」食得出梨嘅甜味同埋落咗心機去燉煮。反而「營致甜品碟」個三款紫薯西米焗布甸反而作為甜品太過飽肚,白眉椰汁紅豆糕就一般無咩記憶點,最後個麻香雪燕焗酥餅就好似食緊老婆餅咁,完全唔知係雪燕黎。😂埋單三個餸,再加兩個甜品,總共HKD$1,167。

總括而言,最令呢餐飯喜出望外嘅係佢哋嘅服務,確實係做到細心,食客至上,好多位都係從客人角度出發,而餸菜方面我能夠講係over the average,但最想試嘅腸粉就只有lunch menu先有,或者下次有機會lunch再試過。
