To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新春大節,攞利是唔係問題,畢竟大家都望開工大吉,但個個員工只識攞利是而服務馬虎,就係大問題!第一日開工,諗住食餐好d 既 lunch, 見稻香有位,我地一班同事又未食過,諗住試吓啦,點知有伏,食物其實一般正常既,但落左單成個鐘都唔黎,見枱枱都催,但d 侍應既反應係:我都係幫你傳達架咋,催就催唔到架啦。。。。大佬呀,你做個樣都幫吓客人問吖,有冇攪錯呀!唔怪得食 lunch 時間銅鑼灣呢間都仲大把位,原來係有伏。真係冇下次!
