最近造訪了 Sabatini 意大利餐廳，整體用餐體驗令人失望。服務人員對於未點酒或未購買瓶裝水的顧客態度明顯冷淡，缺乏應有的專業與熱情。點餐時，服務生的態度顯得漠然，對於菜單細節的詢問僅以簡短且略帶不耐的回答應付，完全感受不到被尊重或重視的氛圍。此外，結帳後離開時，其中一位服務人員竟以輕佻的語氣向同事確認我們是否已結帳，這樣的行為令人感到不被尊重，也讓整體體驗更加扣分。作為一家標榜高級的餐廳，這樣的服務品質實在令人失望，完全未能符合對高級餐飲的期待。如果你重視服務品質並希望享受愉快的用餐體驗，建議可以考慮其他更值得推薦的餐廳選擇。
