吃了個early dinner,6pm多便入座,人較少,服務質素較好。看到有bb,自動自覺拿來bb椅。久不久自動自覺斟茶加水,有一個相信是職位較低的伯伯負責執頭執尾,人很好,態度滿分👍🏻飲食業靠你啦💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾醉雞吃了很多遍,始終是招牌菜,水準之作。就是喜歡它很重酒香,於味蕾揮之不去。水晶肴肉是朕最愛系列之一,這裡及格。一咬下去jelly,冷冷的高湯衝入口中,溫度控制得宜👍🏻點了個片皮鴨,有皮有肉,不會太膩口,口感不錯!小籠包令人喜出望外,皮夠薄,湯是微熱,濃濃的高湯在嘴裡蕩蕩,暖在心頭。奶油津白的份量不算多,但奶油浸滿整碟津白,味道很濃,與津白很搭。紅油抄手,汁是另上的。啖啖肉,皮很薄。
