To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務態度差!令人咋舌

今天是姨甥生日，滿心歡喜地訂座幫他慶祝。由訂座的對話中已經感到服務員那種傲慢不憂做的態度。我們問有沒有8位，她就回答餐廳有廿幾個位，到底我們想訂什麼時候？其實亦不用這樣回答吧！到達時因為還有親友未到達，服務員便不斷催促，問其他人何時會到，不能留枱太久，所有留位都有時限，我們只好先入座及先下單。在進食過程，他們好像怕我們吃得太慢影響做下一輪食客的生意，之後到中般又不斷趕收碗碟，明明還有食物在碟上，仍然問可否收碟，實在迫人太甚了！這樣的服務態度，食物再好也一定不會再來！
