To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人好少打食評，但今次真係唔太高興！ 話說去到揀鐵板食，因為見佢個圖有雜菜和雞扒， 勁岩食就叫啦！因為本人唔食飯的。 點知來到佢係無雜菜的，只有粟米， 咁我就問職員啦， 佢話個牌寫住係飯，叫我自己望 但我望左好多次，個牌係寫雞扒鐵板燒個圖都無飯的我同佢講我要雜菜，我唔食飯， 佢話要一早講， ok 咁我FD無講的，咁就算啦! 點知廚房果個出黎話我個餐已經俾左雜菜，就係紅蘿蔔和洋葱， 但我果個無BOR...之後我就拿埋朋友的餐就走， 廚房果個好串咁講"你又話唔食飯" 我話" 係我朋友的"使唔使咁串呀...心情已經唔多好， 點知原來朋友碟 肉醬蛋飯 面頭濃左。。。我都覺得唔好意思。。。食的時候發現雞扒好乾和硬， 粟米就幾好食的朋友就個飯原來係意粉，但一般雖然係幾平，但我不太建議去食><我亦唔會再去食如果去食，大家有心理準備，同埋講清楚D應該好D卦~
