To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日8:58左右入到鋪頭，聽到落單呀姐話9點last order，都已經即刻舉手話要落單，呀姐見到，但系話等陣，坐低成5分鐘都冇人理，qr code又冇。到9:04分，終於叫到個阿姐過嚟，點知阿姐話last order冇得叫，仲問點解啱啱入嚟唔即刻落單。嗰下火都嚟，即刻話係你宜家見到我要落單唔行過嚟先，最後都落左單OK咁算，聽到入面個大廚發曬火咁話「整比你！」，嚟到要走芽菜，冇走到，湯底又俾錯咗，牛肉仲係生嘅。男朋友已經即刻話佢嗰碗唔要啦（驚大廚加料），我就換過個湯底（叫10小），最後嚟到完全唔似10小。。。奉勸大家食呢間要諗清楚，廚師素質實在不敢恭維
