真係不吐不快,星期日本來諗住開開心心一家人食飯,點知食到一肚氣。我哋一行10人,晚上7:30到達酒樓後,諗住叫待應點菜,點知D待應好似睇你唔到咁,有的掛住執枱,有的行來行去,完全無視客人,但當時係好多吉枱,唔係繁忙。紀經幸苦才截停到個待應幫我哋落單,我哋叫了10個小菜,上菜後發現有個小菜嚟錯咗,之後我哋睇吓張單,發現原來有2個菜落錯單,於是我哋叫待應過來問吓,點知又係當你透明,見你舉高隻手就個個寧歪塊面行咗去,終於剛才落單那個待應見到我哋,點知佢又叫另一個待應過來睇吓我哋咩嘢事,都唔緊要,但這個待應竟然掉頭走咗,而之前那個待應亦都沒有理會我們,真係火都嚟,跟住我哋再截停另一個較高级嘅過嚟向佢投訴,點知佢一句唔好意思都冇,重質疑我哋落單時係咪講錯no。之後佢幫我哋改返2個菜,我又發現張單沒有取消之前錯咗嗰個菜,好彩有睇吓張單啫,唔係比佢收多錢。這間酒樓,食物已經唔係好好食,條魚蒸到過咗火,其它菜不過不失,但服務態度如此差劣,難怪星期日食飯時間都咁多吉枱。以後都唔會再幫襯。😡
