裝修採取祖紅色為主,以金色作點綴,有啲似fine dining,連餐具都係暗金色,口罩袋又厚又燙金。服務非常好,細心主動,上湯嘅時候我講咗句”哎喲食晒啲麵包冇得配湯”,侍應主動提出俾多塊麵包,上菜嘅時候問係唔係share食,再俾多兩個碟,而且收碟收餐具都問清楚。*餐前麵包每枱每款麵包都唔同,都烘熱烘脆咗,可以配牛油食。左邊係藍莓麵包,甜甜地,右邊係法包,鬆軟但氣孔太少。意式雜菜湯 (跟餐+$78)雜菜湯永遠冇得輸,蕃茄湯底微酸,大量紅蘿蔔粒西芹粒,煮腍晒而且清甜,仲有幾粒帶坑紋通心粉。三文魚薄片刺身配檸檬刁草汁 (跟餐+$78)份量比想像中少,有五小片。三文魚唔似壽司刺身嘅軟滑,質感比較似煙三文魚,比較實肉,而且冇筋。檸檬刁草汁係三文魚最佳拍檔,質地順滑creamy,刁草(dill)味道比檸檬強,但唔會蓋過三文魚嘅味道。卡邦尼手工意粉 $158正宗卡邦尼材料簡單,Guanciale(風乾豬頰肉)+蛋黃+Pecorino Romano(羊奶芝士)。呢個卡邦尼做到一半,用咗風乾豬肉、蛋黃、硬芝士做汁,一啲忌廉都冇落,蛋黃香濃,令意粉呈金黃色,芝士味道似牛奶多過羊奶味,都不欠奶香鹹香風味。手

卡邦尼手工意粉 $158
正宗卡邦尼材料簡單,Guanciale(風乾豬頰肉)+蛋黃+Pecorino Romano(羊奶芝士)。呢個卡邦尼做到一半,用咗風乾豬肉、蛋黃、硬芝士做汁,一啲忌廉都冇落,蛋黃香濃,令意粉呈金黃色,芝士味道似牛奶多過羊奶味,都不欠奶香鹹香風味。手工意粉粗幼啱啱好,掛汁份量啱啱好,口感比普通盒裝意粉更煙韌帶勁,但意粉份量唔多。

伊比利亞豬下巴香蒜辣椒意粉 $138
原本以為豬下巴係肉片肉塊,但原來係風乾豬下巴切粒,非常鹹,而且香味欠奉。意粉彈牙,但唔係手工意粉,質素普通。蒜香強烈,帶清新嘅辣味,可惜醬汁太油膩,用油太進取,而且乳化醬汁做得唔夠均勻,令底碟都係油。
