To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日飯，預约時已訂了 壽包@18 元一個，我準備插爉祝上去，但服務員說不好看，建議我插在另一食物上，謝謝他的安排，花雕酒煮雞，雞肉滑，夠酒味，好吃，鵝肝和牛炒飯，炒得夠乾身！好香，好吃，桂花汁炸鮮冬菇，甜甜咸咸，幾好吃，炸得好完全不覺油膩，下次可以再去，服務員 細心有禮，上壽包之前我去了 洗手間，他等我出來 人齊才上 菜，我有點菜吃，雖然貴D，但總要吃些菜，菜只會給幼嫩部份你吃，合格！
