今日放假,陪阿媽去了北角這望海景的餐廳食午餐,每人點了一份套餐,包湯、主菜及蛋糕。南瓜忌廉湯配香草麵包條南瓜湯味道未算濃郁,反而有淡淡忌廉香滑,麵包條香脆。烤焗法國春雞配意大利紅酒汁春雞份量十足,有黃油滲出,雞皮焗至香脆,肉質嫩滑且充滿肉汁,紅酒汁帶點甜香,正好平衡一下雞油膩感。黑松露野菌忌廉汁配意大利粉意粉煮至軟硬適中,而且十分creamy,淡淡黑松露香味,而且很多雜菌拌在意粉內。意式蘋果批蘋果批帶點熱,餡料有很香的肉桂味,蘋果酸甜,批邊鬆脆,充滿牛油香。鮮果吉士千葉酥酥皮香脆,中間的吉士醬不會太甜,夾上鮮果更香甜。最後飲返咖啡。這裏除了景觀一流外,還有蛋糕外賣及Gelato。
