喺尖東噴水池附近嘅 B’hood ,係香港其中一間近年開始興起嘅「朝啡夕酒」餐廳,佢地仲襯住一週年出左幾款特色咖啡飲品,梗係立即去試下先。Kaffeost - 顧名思義,靈感係來自北歐嘅「芝士咖啡」Kaffeost,佢地嘅版本係將 cream cheese 同 masala 做底再加入咖啡,加埋芝士同火腿做 garnish ,係一款重咸香嘅熱咖啡~ 無錯,係咸香! 記得留返個火腿最後先食,成個感覺得同平時飲啡好唔同~Barrel-Age - 雖然佢用左呢個名,但係其實佢唔係酒嚟~ 佢嘅豆喺冧酒桶發酵再做成 cold brew ,加埋個冧酒提子雪糕喺面,再煙燻~! 煙燻開盅嘅一刻真係 IGable 到不得了。 Dopamine - 試完有 cocktail 技巧嘅啡,試埋有沖啡技巧嘅酒~ 用 syphon 嚟整 cocktail 真係第一次試,酒有 vodka 、甜酒同蘋果汁,味道偏甜,但係經過虹吸之後酒體明顯厚身左,好飲! 私心諗如果有 gin base 嘅版本就好了~ Tempus Hourglass - 玩完虹吸,最後一杯試埋手沖,用 switch dripper 將 gin

Tempus Hourglass - 玩完虹吸,最後一杯試埋手沖,用 switch dripper 將 gin 同 vermouth 加入咖啡粉冷萃一分鐘,佢會畀個沙漏你計時好得意~ 之後再將酒沖落用啡整嘅冰度變成一個 long drink ,呢杯嘅酒感明顯比其他強,慢慢飲唔好要嚟劈呀~!

好欣賞呢一種 crossover 嘅設計,將咖啡同調酒兩方面嘅技術溝埋嚟玩,好飲得嚟都學到好多新嘅知識, 絕對值得一試。
