久聞呢度嘅私房菜,今晚約埋幾個朋友一齊嚟試,人多幫手食多啲野!杏汁燉白肺湯 ($98/位,兩位起)奶白色嘅湯既濃稠,杏仁味道啱啱好,唔會太搶,口感滑溜。入面嘅豬肺處理得好乾淨,一啲不安嘅味道都冇,彈牙軟滑鮮蟹肉洋蔥瑤柱焗釀蟹蓋 ($248/隻,兩隻起)普通釀蟹蓋成日食,原來佢哋用咗新鮮蟹肉,加上好多好多嘅洋蔥及瑤柱,表層焗得有少少焦香,入面軟綿,味道清甜,啖啖都係蟹肉,好滿足!薑蔥海龍皇 ($488) 金蠔外脆內嫩,入口甘醇,蠔味濃郁;鮑魚肉厚肉質嫩滑,甘香有嚼頭;大蝦爽脆彈牙,味道鮮甜;整個煲都好有薑蔥嘅香味,如果可以加啲粉絲喺底會更正!!!鵝肝蝦多士 ($188/位)炸得金黃香脆啱啱好夠乾身,上菜前應該用紙吸油,所以一啲都唔覺油膩,蝦膠打得彈牙香甜又厚身,仲有隻小蝦尾,賣相趣緻;上面嘅鵝肝好大塊,煎得外脆內軟,入口即溶,旁邊嘅缽酒汁徘徊在似酸又甜之間,正好中和咗鵝肝嘅油膩感豉油雞 ($268半隻)一上菜已經哇哇聲,實在太太太吸引喇!雞啱啱好熟,唔會過老,嫩滑到不得了!係配角亦係主角嘅豉油真係堪稱完美,唔會過鹹不得止,仲有一種獨特嘅甜味,雞肉盡吸豉油嘅精華,非常入味!好在呢個時候炒飯

一上菜已經哇哇聲,實在太太太吸引喇!雞啱啱好熟,唔會過老,嫩滑到不得了!係配角亦係主角嘅豉油真係堪稱完美,唔會過鹹不得止,仲有一種獨特嘅甜味,雞肉盡吸豉油嘅精華,非常入味!好在呢個時候炒飯到了,梗係要即刻撈飯食啦,好味到想喊!

蝦乾魚肚大芥菜煲 ($168)
大芥菜非常大塊,一啲苦澀味都冇,只有濃濃嘅清甜,而且唔會煲到好爛,煮得啱啱好仲keep到咬口感,其實個湯都香甜到不得了,雖然飲完個白肺湯之後個肚已經漲晒,不過太好飲喇,最後都係飲晒!

點都要食返個飯先係食飯㗎嘛,深色嘅炒飯粒粒分明,上菜時啲飯粒仲喺個砂鍋入面跳吓跳吓沙沙聲咁,夠鑊氣又吸引!炒得夠晒乾身,鹹度適中,入面有雞粒、冬菇及蝦,口感豐富!太好味嘅關係,明明已經好飽,最後都食咗3碗飯......

蛋白杏仁茶 ($48/位)
係我嘅最愛呀!要求一碗冇落糖嘅,齋食杏仁茶嘅味道,正!佢哋用咗南杏北杏磨成,再加上無限咁多蛋白,香滑得嚟又有蛋白嘅口感,入口甘醇。我問老闆點解有咁多蛋白,佢話原來呢個係正常份量,喺外面真係冇食過有咁多蛋白嘅蛋白杏仁茶呀,好幸福呀!

雖然係送嘅但絕對唔失禮,橙黃色嘅賣相已經夠晒吸引,南瓜氣味清香濃郁,仲有一絲絲嘅口感,又係食到一啖都冇剩!
