聽聞多次說好味,路過多次說嘗,最終可嘗了。其實店名是:潮州王打冷鹵水鵝片下有我稱的“乾皮豆腐”和“水煮花生”再淋上鹵水汁,鵝片好入味又淋沒根,花生淋,豆腐不入味是正常,食到最後一兩片鵝片便感覺太鹹,總括是好味。鹽醃牙帶魚,超鹹才能好好配合潮州白粥。潮州白粥是個人至愛,什麼都不需說。狗菜豬紅,豬紅早已加入糊椒粉(不多),明白用來除去腥味,所以是可以接受。這道菜是好入味也好味,也熱辣辣。
