To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翠亨邨銅鑼灣分店今個春天至四月底正推出期間限定「尋味順德」順德菜推廣。身邊有不少愛吃順德菜的朋友,這晚就齊齊到翠亨邨品嚐一晚順德手功菜與河鮮宴。先來一大盅熱騰騰的「鮮奶花膠燉烏雞」($328 / 4 位) 。這窩是2份即8位用的份量。奶白色的湯頭入口滑溜,質感濃稠得宜,飲完感覺滋潤暖笠笠。這晚我最喜歡的菜式,就是這賣相吸引的「鳳城龍吐珠」($228)。鯪魚起肉做成鯪魚球,啖啖鮮味,而鯪魚腩清蒸,一魚兩食。「古法彭公鵝」($188半隻)吃起來就像在吃味道濃郁薑醋,只是這版本用了鵝肉,以及沒有我喜歡的薑醋蛋 XD而「銅盤錫紙焗走地雞」($440),雞件煮得入味,肉質結實而爽口,亦不錯。手工菜「順德拆魚雲羹」($268/4位),要先將大魚頭拆骨去肉,再加入老雞一起熬湯,工序不簡單。湯羹味道鮮香,加上嫩滑魚肉與爽口木耳絲與大量芫茜等配料,芳香美味。至於其他順德河鮮菜式「瓦罉焗魚鰾」($188),「沙鍋煎焗魚嘴」和「鳳城雞蛋焗魚腸」,雖然我並沒有吃,但見朋友們都吃得滿意。「籠仔梅菜皇蒸芥蘭」($138),梅菜蒸芥蘭,這配搭不常吃到,效果也夾呢。這夜大家一場來到翠亨邨,當然也要點來2份這裡馳名的「
