To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聞說這裡的拉麵很多人推薦,決定放工試一試,未到7點已經要在門口排隊,等了大約20分鐘。期間限定的廣島蠔豚骨湯拉麵,蠔可選2隻或4隻,身為蠔控的我當然要4隻,反正價錢差不了多少。 蠔算是大隻飽滿,煮得剛好,肉質creamy。火灸肥叉燒不算大塊,亦不會太肥,肥瘦均稱,燒得很香口,不喜歡脂肪的朋友可以選梅頭瘦叉燒。  廣島蠔拉麵沒有配糖心蛋,但吃拉麵怎能沒有糖心蛋? 因此另加一隻糖心蛋($10) ,糖心蛋是原粒上,從蛋的顏色已經能看出蛋不太入味,不過勉強合格地做出半熟效果,蛋白部份幾乎全熟,蛋黃有少許流心。說到湯底,算不上很濃郁,對比其他拉麵店,略為稀薄,但豚肉味也突出,這要看個人口味,個人認為這種濃度的湯底是很不錯,連湯底也喝了也不覺得口渴。本來叫了一份餃子,但整個麵吃完仍未到,應該是漏單了,不過我們吃得很飽,也就算了😉
