To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物整體來說是“廚師浪費食材”,他們自己不汗顏的嗎?叫了(1)擔擔麵:有酸味、有辣味、但欠缺好味,根本不是擔擔麵的味道;(2)排骨麵:湯匙鹽水一碗,排骨是蘇打無味排骨;例湯也是淡鹽水一碗,只有一籠4粒的小籠包可以,兩人共花了港幣400大元,大把選擇不用來這間店。餐廳被廚師弄壞了,但老闆為何不知?!廚師們會不會親自嚐一嚐才賣出街!自稱米子蓮餐廳,唉!這樣落去,結業可期,老闆見到應該改革一下,換換廚師。學一學日本的匠人,或中國內地的用心做菜的廚師吧!
