To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一大班同事為左賀上司榮升之喜，係就近既東昇樓擺番圍食餐勁。先黎半隻燒鵝同燒腩仔攝下牙罅！燒鵝燒得又香又唔太肥，燒腩仔層層分明，食肉獸唔洗一陣就清左碟跟住到熱氣野上場，黑椒薯仔牛柳粒炒得乾身，黃金蝦碌被蛋黃完美裹上，一路開枝啤酒一路食就最正路！傾計傾到口水乾，黎個胡椒豬肚湯潤一潤，豬肚無異味，湯頭夠胡椒味十分暖胃，唔錯。蒜蓉魷魚同啫啫雞煲係下飯菜，吸晒醬汁既粉絲底比魷魚可能更吸引，面頭既金蒜怕口臭都要清晒去；啫啫雞煲夠鑊氣，係個汁比較重口味，不過大排檔風味都係咁上下。唔夠飽既男士加左個乾燒伊麵，炒得夠鬆身。作為東涌甚少既大排檔之一，呢個水平都收晒貨了。
