To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日做冬,好想食拉麵,已經好耐沒有光顧豚王,還記得他最初開的時候真的很美味。今天叫了最簡單的豚王拉麵加了一隻糖心蛋,這裏可以選擇麵的韌度及叉燒的部位。拉麵我選了扁的,叉燒就選了豬腩的部位。湯依然是很香濃美味,但感覺上就沒有之前的那麼濃及那麼肥。麵的煙韌程度是剛剛好的,但麵的份量是比之前少了。有三片豬腩肉,是一層肥一層瘦的豬腩,所以不會太韌,味道又調校得剛剛好。糖心蛋是有輕輕用滷水滷過的,一切開蛋黃急急地流出來,蛋很香又有淡淡的滷水味。感覺上這裏的湯是比一風堂的沒有那麼肥膩,但又不及一風堂的濃厚。但不知道是什麼原因,總覺得在日本吃的拉麵始終都是比香港好的。但這裏及一風堂也可以算是本人在香港比較喜歡吃的拉麵。

感覺上這裏的湯是比一風堂的沒有那麼肥膩,但又不及一風堂的濃厚。但不知道是什麼原因,總覺得在日本吃的拉麵始終都是比香港好的。但這裏及一風堂也可以算是本人在香港比較喜歡吃的拉麵。
