東薈城FireBird環境好好，入到去發現佢有超多卡位，裝修仲好有現代感。主打日式串燒，另外仲有好多日式料理。火焰原隻雞腿是Firebird招牌菜式之一，用鐵板呈上超巨型嘅原隻雞髀，店員會表演席點火灼燒雞髀，好有儀式感！之後再幫我哋切開雞件，方便食用。雞肉非常嫩滑，酒香味好突出。火山熔岩鮭魚卷擺盤超有趣，好適合打卡。將三文魚卷堆成小山丘模樣，上面用炸蘿蔔絲點綴，色彩鮮豔似火山咁。三文魚卷表面酥脆，用咗好多黃芥辣醬勁惹味。飯卷中間系鮭魚魚肉，口感層次豐富。溫泉蛋慢煮日本雞肉凱撒沙律溫泉蛋同沙律系絕配，形成口感juicy嘅蛋黃醬汁，加上慢煮雞肉同新鮮沙律菜，營養豐富又美味。松葉蟹肉稲庭鳥冬估唔到咁大碗！將蟹肉同稲庭鳥冬撈埋一齊食口感濕潤，份量很滿足。鰻魚牛肉丼鰻魚大塊口感好，牛肉份量多，用咗日本米，加上玉子、酸姜、甜豉油，味道很有層次。Mix Fruit Tea茶入面有各種新鮮水果，果味突出，味道清新。FireBird (東薈城名店倉) (東涌)地址：東涌達東路20號東薈城名店倉B1樓B13號舖
