特別推介一下鹽燒海蝦,係成晚最深刻嘅串燒,價錢$48有4隻可謂性價比高,海蝦大隻,蝦身外面略略調味,入面肉質好爽彈而且蝦味好濃,少少似虎蝦咁嘅質感。

另外牛舌芯、豬頸肉火侯拿捏得好好,完全係外面焦香面入面鮮嫩,尤其牛舌,保留好多肉汁,質感嫩滑之餘亦都十分有鮮味。😙
