To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入彭慶記食飯前,我都唔知佢係米之蓮一星餐廳,係坐咗落去見到牆上有好多牌掛咗係度先知!咁餐廳地方唔算大,都等左五至10分鐘左右先有得入坐!咁我哋叫咗五餸一湯,有沙薑雞、士多啤梨骨、薑蔥魚頭、魚香茄子煲、啫啫生菜、同老火湯!沙薑雞幾好食,雞肉嫩滑有雞味,而且碟沙薑好夠味!士多啤梨骨好夠味,酸甜度剛剛好,啲肉又唔會太肥!薑蔥魚頭十分惹味,我本身唔食魚頭嘅,但係實在太香啦,我都忍唔住食咗兩舊,而且佢將個魚頭揸到連骨都食得!魚香茄子煲超級正,食得出佢用靚嘅鹹魚,我都係第一次食咁好食嘅魚香茄子煲!啫啫菜同老火湯都OK有水準!

咁餐廳地方唔算大,都等左五至10分鐘左右先有得入坐!

咁我哋叫咗五餸一湯,有沙薑雞、士多啤梨骨、薑蔥魚頭、魚香茄子煲、啫啫生菜、同老火湯!

沙薑雞幾好食,雞肉嫩滑有雞味,而且碟沙薑好夠味!
