甚少嚟黃大仙唔想食黃大仙中心入邊啲連鎖餐廳見talkfood介紹過呢間幾有特色,決定試試掙扎咗一陣要菜飯定餃子🤣▶️ 招牌蒸餃 ($33/8隻)成個蒸籠上,好似小籠包咁,好打卡able餃子採用「柳葉式」包法,同一般餃子唔同🥟更能突顯餃子皮煙靭口感每粒餃子唔算巨大,不過皮薄餡料正餡料由韭菜、紅蘿蔔、新鮮豬肉、香蔥攪拌而成😋豬肉食落嫩而不韌,調味適中而不油膩當中韭菜味道最突出,香蔥爽脆蒸餃好處係皮薄都唔驚易爛,唯一係乾爭少少,所以我有點醋汁食▶️ 胡麻醬拌麵+ 上海豬扒 ($45+20)胡麻醬拌麵本身配有大量幼嫩雞絲同青瓜🥒食之前要撈勻,確保每條麵都沾滿胡麻醬汁胡麻醬汁份量足夠,味道唔會太鹹😋稀杰度黏得住麵條用上幼身上海麵,煙煙韌韌又掛汁整體似一個雞絲粉皮,只係面底唔同夏天食好清爽😌上海豬扒就一般般,唔算厚肉且未夠酥脆,勝在無骨🐷▶️ 凍陳皮山楂茉莉花茶 ($17)姐姐推介,梗係試吓好有誠意嘅一杯飲品,入面落足茉莉花、陳皮、山楂自家製而唔係茶包🍵飲落微甜,甜味自然,整體幾養生鍾意陳皮甘甜嘅味道👅-無論面定餃子都唔錯,感覺正宗地道欣賞全部自家製,食材新鮮服務都好好,姐姐好友善有笑容,仲同我吹水☺️叫
