To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋日7點路經佐敦 搵嘢食,突然想起,想食焗飯, 就上咗去呢間大家樂 叫咗個 芝士黑椒汁焗牛扒飯~ (我估計應該係新產品)~ 傳統上焗飯~焗豬扒飯/焗鴛鴦扒飯,( 配嘅係白汁或者係紅汁) 但係焗牛扒~~我覺得 未必可以 做得出色,但心諗或者有突破~~ 心諗 唔好咁死板, 「傳統嘢都有新嘅時候」 試一試啦, 睇一睇~ 用嘅配料,其實都係平時焗飯嘅配料 ~大件新鮮嘅蕃茄/菠蘿/芝士, 唔同嘅~就係黑椒汁同埋牛扒~取餐後第一口,溫度好夠熱, 始終係焗出嚟嘅, 跟住芝士黑椒汁搭入我嘅味蕾~ 再配上佢嘅蕃茄同埋菠蘿~… 「感覺格格不入」 黑椒汁佢係有加到芝士 「更加唔知似乜」 牛扒整體 ,都係一塊薄西冷將佢切件,—開四左右, 慶幸~煎過嘅牛扒~焗出嚟唔會太韌…( 畀我預計中好) 份量~大食小小嘅/可能唔夠食,「我就足夠」( 因我唔係做地盤及吾駛擔泥)跟埋汽水$53但整體配搭我真係接受唔到, 下次食焗飯~我一定唔會揀牛扒及 黑椒汁 呢個新產品 「芝士黑椒汁焗牛扒飯」 我感覺格格不入~ 不會再試
