To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開始時帶著愉快心情排長龍登記準備入場，入場後便開始進餐，未食完已開始冲閘去洗手間了，每十五分鐘陣痛一次，去了五六次，刺身生蠔人龍不絕，師傅細心，客人耐心，普遍食物質素下降，頑皮的燒鴨，好像沖完好耐涼浸完浴一樣全身皺皮，麵包蟹見到都唔敢食唔新鮮蟹蓋內發黑有異味，入場客人會奉送每人半隻龍蝦，開頭以為係燒燶咗，之後屋企人講唔新鮮我先慢慢細心觀看，發覺裙曬黑邊，食落仲有啲梅，菲林卷食落好似有啲紙碎咁咬不爛及冇味，飲品種類小，對小朋友來說只有茶，檸茶或咖啡來說比較小選擇，維格仔餅及咖哩羊比較好食。
