To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 附近都有好幾間食店,但呢度啲位既數量都多唔洗排好耐就有位。嗌左幾樣小食做下午茶,有椒鹽排骨粒、椒鹽豆腐、泰色雞鎚同瑞士雞翼。中後加左個蔥油餅,哈哈。首先講左個最值得推介既椒鹽排骨粒先啦,佢個排骨粒炸得黎又唔un又唔會好乾,有幾舊中有啲軟骨夾住, 中意食軟骨既朋友唔可以錯過。瑞士雞翼同蔥油餅都好好食,椒鹽豆腐就一般啦,反而泰色雞鎚有小小香矛味,我自己本身唔太喜歡香矛但整體黎講佢啲炸物係唔錯既。臨離開果陣見到隔離枱嗌左個燉雞,勁大碗中有埋飯。下次經過開試下先

首先講左個最值得推介既椒鹽排骨粒先啦,佢個排骨粒炸得黎又唔un又唔會好乾,有幾舊中有啲軟骨夾住, 中意食軟骨既朋友唔可以錯過。


瑞士雞翼同蔥油餅都好好食,椒鹽豆腐就一般啦,反而泰色雞鎚有小小香矛味,我自己本身唔太喜歡香矛但整體黎講佢啲炸物係唔錯既。
