To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

紀念日去咗銅鑼灣食日式放題，呢間勝在款式夠多，定價親民，而且地點超級方便。刺身、壽司、一品料理、炸物、燒物、串燒，仲可以無限暢飲清酒、燒酒同梅酒～想回本嘅一定會狂點刺身，食落幾新鮮，而且無漏單情況，只怕大家食唔飽😂 見每枱都一大盤咁叫就聲明有質素。壽司、火灸同手卷都值得一試，飯唔會好大，細細件可以食多幾款。一品料理反而有驚喜，花雕醉鮑魚、瑤柱扒豆苗、海參花膠、牛油蘆筍炒脆肉鯇，唔講唔知以為去咗酒樓～個人喜歡黃金軟殼蟹同雪燕蛋白燉鮮奶，前者炸至酥脆，後者入口滑溜，讚。炸物、天婦羅同燒物就正常發揮，可能係即叫即整，所以需要等候一段時間，鍾意食榴槤嘅呢度都有燒金枕頭🔥 唔夠飽嘅可以食埋煮物，推鮑魚皇帝蟹黃粥同龍蝦湯海鮮鍋。自助區更有多款美食，由前菜到甜品，印象深刻嘅有芝士西蘭花、紅豆沙、楊枝甘露、珍珠奶茶、芝士蛋糕、自家製，值得留肚試。最後以雪糕作結，有häagen-dazs同其他品牌，算係咁。
