喺社交平台經常見到極上帝皇水產,要搵一日過嚟食,過下任飲任食嘅癮!。入到餐廳,餐廳門口、入面裝修都充滿日系感覺,店員亦都好友善,完全唔係啲好趕急嘅服務態度。不過重點都係食質素。我哋首先叫咗刺身,包括三文魚、希靈魚、帶子同赤蝦。三文魚嘅鮮嫩度真係無得輸,肉質滑溜,入口即化。希靈魚、帶子亦都夠晒爽口,咬落去有一種海洋嘅鮮味,夠晒新鮮!有人會覺得去放題唔應該叫壽司,但極上帝皇有好多款特別壽司,推介火灸左口魚邊壽司、黑松露油甘魚壽司同火灸岩燒三文魚腩壽司。火灸左口魚邊壽司嘅口感十分特別,煙燻味道帶出左口魚嘅鮮甜。黑松露油甘魚壽司則係一個驚喜,黑松露嘅香氣配合油甘魚,真係提升咗整體風味。至於火灸岩燒三文魚腩壽司,三文魚腩嘅脂肪分布均勻,火燒後更加香脆,味道一流。炸物方面,有炸廣島蠔、可樂餅同芝士年糕。炸廣島蠔外脆內嫩,搭配上少少檸檬汁,即刻提升咗整個味道。可樂餅嘅外形金黃酥脆,內裡薯仔餡料綿密,食落去非常滿足。芝士年糕更係一個必試選擇,外脆內軟,芝士充滿拉絲感,唔怕飽肚嘅真係好想再來多一份。仲有熱食鍋物,叫咗個日式和牛壽喜燒鍋,配料加了金菇同娃娃菜,整返個牛肉火銅。想不到牛肉相當柔嫩,搭配上濃郁
