跟好友補祝生日,一行五人去尖沙咀的極尚大喜屋吃午市放題。第一回刺身拼盤份量十足,十分震撼。油甘魚和三文魚都很肥美,北海道帶子非常鮮甜,甜蝦大大隻。皇牌池魚王點了兩次都沒有,松葉蟹腳可以不吃。壽司的選擇不少,鵝肝帶子壽司味道不錯。必吃的海膽軍艦,還有窩夫愛吃的芥辣八爪魚軍艦。北海燒帆立貝熱辣辣特別好吃。燒有機菠蘿很甜啊!大家都很愛吃的鹽燒牛舌,水準之作。窩夫對蒜片炒牛柳粒有點失望。天婦羅蝦、日本蕃薯天婦羅和茄子天婦羅的炸漿不會太厚,亦不算太油膩。極品五香煮和牛筋腩感覺很中式,主角和牛筋腩很腍很入味,配角蘿蔔很腍很甜。沒想到點餐紙上竟然有霸王花煲豬骨湯,好飲得有位朋友要安歌呢。炸物有芝士年糕、芝麻雞翼、炸貓山王和北海道脆皮奶,窩夫個人很欣賞那芝士年糕,北海道脆皮奶的脆漿卻太厚了。平日窩夫與蝦子餅二人吃放題很少點一品料理,這次人多可以多試幾款,極尚雲吞雞鍋很足料,除了雞和雲吞,還有豆腐、冬菇和菜等,其中豆腐超滑,豆味超濃。黃咖喱炒蟹是皇牌菜色之一,很香很惹味但對窩夫來說太辣了。吃過香辣的黃咖喱炒蟹,要立刻吃杯雪糕解辣,一人一杯,可選Haagen Dazs或Movenpick。壓軸的驚喜來自富
