To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日星期三放假同個仔去食薈景環球海鮮盛薈，準時6點半去到，見到只有4份1枱係有客心諗不妙，第一時間去飲個例湯，夾咗啲蒸魚同蒸元貝，尚算及格，其後去睇下沙律吧(好似隔夜咁嘅顏色，冇試)再去夾咗2隻炸生蠔同炸虎蝦(肉質霉)，刺生食咗一轉巳不再想食，跟住食凍海鲜只有青口，海螺，長腳蟹無味，龍蝦同凍蝦尚算正常，熱盤見到都唔想食，甜品選擇少，细細件又難食，最後食咗少許水果同一杯雪糕走人，以後永不再光顧
