To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫咗碟刺身,廚師以非常殘忍及唔人道既方式,用凌遲既方法宰殺條魚,活生生咁一刀刀將佢下半身啲魚肉切落嚟。條魚上枱時仲呼吸緊,魚鰭仲郁緊,並以剩餘既半身痛苦掙扎中。在場嘅朋友都感到非常唔舒服,並向侍應反映意見,要求將佢拎返入廚房並由廚師劏左佢,減少佢嘅痛苦。可惜侍應諸多推搪,並解釋:「咁先新鮮呀!」令人嗤之以鼻。根據全世界專業廚師嘅道德守則,廚師應以最快嘅速度宰殺家禽及海產,並令到佢哋嘅承受既痛苦減到最低。呢間餐廳嘅廚師都相當唔專業,又或者我可以用非人道黎形容。我奉勸各位有惻隱之心或者愛護動物嘅食客遠離呢間餐廳,費事你食都食得唔安樂。Ps. 拍左片,但openrice冇得上載影片,只可以post相為證。
