To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見多人食諗住冇死,就lunch hour試下點知中晒伏牛油雞翼:上枱已凍,得陣油溢加炸粉味,冇牛油味,炸得又乾,好難食!香葉辣肉碎飯:上枱已凍,肉碎得陣豉油死咸味,冇香葉亦都食唔到辣味,隻荷包蛋8成熟咁唔知想點,好難食!!想叫廚房個師傅練下點煎蛋先伏廚房,我自己平時煎都好過佢,食舊實的的既蛋加埋啲乾爭爭既咸肉碎成件事好差食餐飯最正常係罐雪碧,其他都難食到想反胃,仲要夠膽收$72都好厚面皮🫠 希望大家唔好入去中伏
