To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得黎中環，當然要係做正事前食返餐好嘅 Kale好耐之前食過一次，呢排揾健康餐嘅時候碌到佢，記起佢d番薯條好好食，決定重臨睇下有冇保持水準舖頭唔算大，老實講我好中意呢啲明亮嘅設計，食嘢都醒神啲 仲有得自助斟水，啱晒我呢啲水怪勁餓嘅我唔諗太多喇，就叫個Pesto Chicken with all mix salad ($100)，心諗食沙律唔多飽，加多個chiabeet balls ($40) 啦，煙煙韌靭應該幾好食～哇點知我真係大錯突錯！！！份沙律大份到我以為自己挑戰緊大胃王餐唔止沙律，連雞肉同青醬都好似唔洗錢咁大大份放係面，真係逼我開行turbo ko佢啲人成日話百幾蚊食菜好唔抵，但Kale係抵到喊，份量同新鮮度冇得輸，仲有得全部沙律都要，啱哂我呢啲貪心鬼雞肉唔係嫩滑嗰種，要啲牙力，下次會試下crab meet。青醬係好fresh嗰種，食到醬料味，唔會被芝士同橄欖油味冚過，又健康又可以撈沙律，正！今日daily special 係蓮藕沙律，酸酸地同少少少辣，少到係陰啲陰啲嗰種，好很正Chiabeet balls有3大舊，無奈大食如我食完個沙律同1粒chiabeet ball已經飽到上

Chiabeet balls有3大舊，無奈大食如我食完個沙律同1粒chiabeet ball已經飽到上心口，唔緊要我攞返屋企再食過
見到佢有chiabeet balls嘅wraps，又係下次必試



中環唔多嚟，但為左Kale，我會自製多啲機會黎食勻晒佢地啲高質野，順便再練大自己個胃
