今日由東涌行去昂坪,行完無限樓梯之後梗係要搵啲好嘢食下啦。於是就搵咗啲間位於尖沙咀Apple Store隔離嘅樓上日式料理。前菜嘅茄子配木魚,茄子唔會太淋,調味啱啱好,作為前菜來講已經很不俗。蟹子沙律啲蟹子多到爆,配合爽脆嘅青瓜,絕對係令人開胃嘅前菜。雜錦刺身分別有海膽、甜蝦、三文魚、吞拿魚、油金魚同帶子。海膽鮮甜,略帶鹹水味,入口即溶。帶子厚切,鮮甜得來又有口咬感。其他刺身都好新鮮,三兩下就食完。帶子牛油燒,用上忌廉同牛油去煮帶子,每隻帶子都包住濃濃嘅醬汁,加上帶子肉厚,令人有好滿足嘅感覺。鹽燒雞翼皮脆肉嫩,加上少許檸檬汁,去咗本身少許嘅油膩感之後就更加清新,真係食多幾隻都唔過分。最後食埋個烏冬咁就飽住個肚咁走人。
